Ingredients & Prep

   2 fresh kiwi fruits peeled roughly chopped
   1/2 banana peeled roughly chopped
   120 ml  apple juice
   30 g  fresh spinach
   120 g  Greek yogurt
   1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
   2 tsp  ground flax seed (optional)
   12 ice cubes

Method

  Step 1
Place all ingredients into a smoothie maker or a liquidiser, blitz until smooth.
