Ingredients & Prep

gin or vodka
2 tbsp
lime juice
2 tsp
caster sugar
4 ice cubes
2 lime peel piece
Method
Step 1
Place gin/vodka, lime juice, ice & sugar in a cocktail shaker, give a good shake.
Step 2
Pour into cocktail glasses with a piece of lime peel.
Suggestion & Tips
You could use less sugar if you wish.
