Champagne to top up glass
Method
Step 1
Place gin, lemon juice, ice & sugar in a cocktail, give a good shake.
Step 2
Pour into Champagne flutes & top up with Champagne.
Suggestion & Tips
You don't have to use Champagne, you can us any sparkling wine. You can add a slice of lemon if you wish.
