Ingredients & Prep

   400 ml  Coconut milk
   1 Ripe banana chopped
   60 g  Honey
   1 Lemon juice
   1 tsp  Fresh ginger finely grated
   1/4 tsp  Ground Turmeric


  Step 1
Place all ingredients into a smoothie maker or food processor or liquidiser & blitz smooth, pour into glasses & serve.

Suggestion & Tips

You can add a little water or juice loosen if you wish.
