Ingredients & Prep

   397 g  Condensed milk tin
   100 ml  Brandy or Rum or Bourbon whisky
   4 Egg yolks only
   150 ml  Milk
   1 tsp  Vanilla paste
   2 pinch  Ground Nutmeg

Method

  Step 1
In a bowl whisk the egg yolks with vanilla & nutmeg.
  Step 2
In a saucepan add milk & condensed milk, stir & bring to a simmer then turn off the heat, slowly pour milk into the egg yolk mixture whisking fast as you go, then add booze of choice & whisk, ladle into glasses & serve hot.

Suggestion & Tips

Bourbon (JD) is my favourite.
