dark drinking chocolate
800 ml
whole milk hot

Stroh dark rum 80% 1 tbsp in each cup
4 tbsp
double cream whipped soft peak
Method
Step 1
Put 2 tsp of good quality drinking chocolate in a cup/mug, pour in hot milk & rum stir in, then a dollop of whipped cream on top.
Suggestion & Tips
Stroh rum is available on-line, 80 refers to its strength i.e. 80% alcohol, its strong!!! You can adjust quantities to you taste.
