Ingredients & Prep

Roast beef slices
16 Bread French stick cut in 5 mm slices
Dressing
60 g
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp
Horseradish cream
1 Garlic clove finely grated
40 ml
Olive oil
1 tsp
Mustard Dijon
Garnish

Roasted peppers in jar sliced to thin strips

fresly ground black pepper
Method
Step 1
Cut bread stick into 5 mm thick discs, mix garlic & olive oil (you can use the oil from the roasted pepper jar) in a bowl & brush one side of the bread, bake on a sheet for 8 to 10 mins at 180'c the allow them to cool.
Step 2
Mix dressing mayo, horseradish & mustard in bowl, dollop a spoonful on each toast, fold on a piece of roast beef, lay over roasted pepper strips, season the taste.
Suggestion & Tips
You could change mayo for crème fresh & use venison instead of beef.
