Ingredients & Prep

   150 g  Prawns cooked peeled
   30 g  Cucumber diced
   25 g  Greek yogurt 
   1 tbsp  Lime pickle finely chopped
   1 tbsp  Mango chutney 
   16 g  Mini poppadoms 
   1/2 tsp  Salt
  Garnish
   1 tsp  Cumin seeds pre toasted
   sprinkle  Coriander chopped

Method

  Step 1
Mix Lime pickle, mango chutney, cucumber, yogurt & salt in a bowl.
  Step 2
Spoon mixture onto poppadoms, place 1 or 2 prawns on & garnish.

Suggestion & Tips

You can use squid or scallops if you prefer.
