Ingredients & Prep

   120 g  Salt Beef slices
   3 Rye bread slices each cut into 6 pieces each
   3 tbsp  Mayonnaise
   2 tbsp  Dijon mustard
   handful  Rocket leaves
   9 Cornichons cut in half length ways
   1/4 tsp  Cornichons cut in half length ways

Method

  Step 1
In a bowl mix the mayo, mustard & pepper, the dollop on to bread slice, then a couple of rocket leaves then a slice of Beef topped with 2 quarters a Cornichon.

Suggestion & Tips

Could use Ham or roast Beef.
