Ingredients & Prep
10 Chestnut mushrooms peeled stalk removed
40 g
Parmesan cheese grated
40 g
Cows Mozzarella or Cheddar grated
60 g
Ricotta cheese
1 tbsp
Fresh tarragon chopped fine
1/2 tsp
Freshly ground black pepper
1 pinch
Salt
Method
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 200'c.
Step 2
In a bowl mix all the cheeses, tarragon & seasoning together, then fill the gill side of the mushrooms equally with a spoon.
Step 3
Place stuffed mushrooms on a non-stick baking sheet or tray stuffed side up & bake for 10 mins or until the cheese mixture bubbles.
Step 4
Allow to cool to warm before eating.
Suggestion & Tips
You can add some chopped crispy bacon the mixture if you wish.
