Ingredients & Prep

   600 g  Chicken mince
   30 g  Panko Breadcrumbs
   2 tbsp  Dark soy sauce
   1 tbsp  Rice wine or dark sherry
   1 tbsp  Fresh Ginger grated
   1 tbsp  Oyster sauce
   1 tsp  Garlic granules
   1 Red chilli large mild finely chopped
   20 Cocktail or lollypop sticks


  Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 160°C fan.
  Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, then form into balls of 35g each & place on a non-stick baking sheet or on greaseproof paper or silicon mat on a baking sheet & bake for 20 mins.

Suggestion & Tips

Good with a sweet & sour dip.
