Ingredients & Prep

   32 chicken wings tips removed
   120 g  tomato ketchup
   30 ml  water
   30 ml  cider vinegar
   40 g  dark brown sugar
   2 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
   2 garlic cloves finely grated
   2 tsp  smoked paprika
   1/2 tsp  chilli powder (optional)
   1/2 tsp  cayenne pepper
   1 tsp  Salt
   1/2 tsp  black pepper freshly ground


  Step 1
Place all marinade ingredients in to a saucepan & cook on a med heat for 20 mins stirring often, set aside & allow to go cold.
  Step 2
Place wings in a bowl & pour over marinade & leave for at least an hour, overnight in the fridge is best.
  Step 3
Cook wings on a baking tray in the oven at 140'c for an hour, re-coat with marinade & finish off on the barbeque to crisp up the edges or in the oven for 10 min at 200'c & serve.

Suggestion & Tips

Excellent as a starter for your do. You could use legs or thighs if you wished. Pre-cooking in the oven first insures its cooked through.
