Ingredients & Prep
8 Chicken skin & boneless thighs
Marinade
2 tbsp
Dijon mustard
2 tbsp
Maple syrup or honey
2 tbsp
Soy sauce
2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup
1 tbsp
Veg oil
Method
Step 1
Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl then add thighs, coat & leave for 30 mins.
Step 2
The best way to cook is to place thighs in a baking dish/tin cover with tin foil & place in a low oven (120°C) for 1 hours first.
Step 3
Remove from the oven keeping marinade, place on the barbeque to colour the thighs basting in the marinade as they finish cooking.
Suggestion & Tips
You can use breasts if you prefer. You can add some garlic, chilli if you like.
