Ingredients & Prep

   700 g  Lamb cut into 3 cm cubes
   2 Onion cut into 3 cm pieces
   2 Red or green sweet/bell pepper cut 2 cm pieces
  Dry Marinade
   2 tsp  Dried rosemary
   2 tsp  Dried oregano
   2 tsp  Garlic granules
   1 tsp  Freshly ground black pepper
   1/2 tsp  Salt

Method

  Step 1
Place the rosemary & oregano into a pestle & mortar or spice grinder & grind to a powder, then add black pepper salt & garlic granules & mix together.
  Step 2
Place lamb cubes in a bowl sprinkle over herb powder & mix to coat, cover with cling film, place in the fridge for an hour or so.
  Step 3
Long metal skewers are best, or soak some wooden ones, thread on a square of pepper, onion then a cube of Lamb, repeat until all the Lamb has been used up.
  Step 4
Cook on the BBQ until meat is cooked to you liking & the pepper & onion is crispy & blackened around the edges.

Suggestion & Tips

Leg meat is best.
