Ingredients & Prep
800 g
Pork belly joint skinless
Marinade
4 tbsp
Runny honey
4 tbsp
Hosin sauce
2 tbsp
Sriracha sauce
2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce
2 tbsp
Rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp
Tomato puree
1 tbsp
Fresh ginger finely grated
2 tsp
Garlic clove finely grated
Method
Step 1
Place & mix all the marinade ingredients in a good sized bowl, then add pork joint & coat, cover with cling film then place in the fridge for at least 4 hours 24 is best.
Step 2
Pre-heat oven to 120°C fan.
Step 3
Place marinated Pork onto a piece of tin foil with a little of the marinade (keep the rest of the marinade for later), wrap the joint place on a baking tray & place in the oven & cook for 2 hours.
Step 4
When done cut Pork joint into portions, re-coat with the marinade & cook on the BBQ to brown & crisp the edges.
Suggestion & Tips
You can use chicken here if you wish. Pre cooking in the oven is the best way to cook.
