Ingredients & Prep

   600 g  Salmon cubed
   400 g  Fresh Pineapple cubed
   3 tbsp  Thai sweet chilli sauce
   2 Garlic cloves finely grated
   2 tsp  Fresh ginger finely grated
   1 tbsp  Sesame oil
   1 Red chilli finely chopped
   1/2 tsp  Salt
   3 tbsp  Groundnut or veg oil
   sprinkle  Sesame seeds
   2 Spring onions finely sliced


  Step 1
Place oil, salt, sweet chilli sauce, sesame oil, garlic & chilli into a bowl & whisk together, then add salmon & pineapple pieces & mix together then set a side for 15 mins.
  Step 2
Skewer on marinated pineapple & salmon pieces alternately on long pre-soaked wooden skewers or metal ones & cook on the barbeque for 8 to 10 minutes turning every 2 mins.

Suggestion & Tips

Have with rice & an Asian salad.
