Ingredients & Prep

   4 Rump or Sirloin Steaks 200g each
   100 ml  Olive oil
   80 tbsp  Dark soy sauce
   80 ml  Worcestershire sauce
   2 tbsp  Lemon juice
   1 tbsp  Fresh thyme leaves
   1 tbsp  Garlic granules or powder
   1 Beef stock cube or jell pot
   1/2 tsp  Freshly ground black pepper


  Step 1
Blitz all the marinade ingredients in a tall jar with a hand/stick blender or in a food processor to form a sauce.
  Step 2
Place steaks in either a bowl or dish, pour over marinade & rub over coating the meat, set aside at room temperature 2 hours before cooking on the BBQ to your taste.

Suggestion & Tips

You can test to see how you like your steaks by cutting a slash to see inside. Allow to rest for a few min before eating.
