Ingredients & Prep

   8 Lamb chops
   2 tsp  Cumin seeds
   2 tsp  Coriander seeds
   2 tsp  Pomegranate molasses
   2 Garlic cloves finely grated
   1 tbsp  Lemon juice
   3 tbsp  Olive oil
   1/4 tsp  Freshly ground black pepper
   1/4 tsp  Salt
   1 Pomegranate fruit seeds


  Step 1
Place cumin & coriander seeds into a dry frying pan on a med heat & toast tossing the pan until a little smoke comes off, then tip into a bowl to cool, then either put into a pestle & mortar or into a spice grinder & grind to a powder.
  Step 2
Place ground spices back into a good sized bowl or dish with the rest of the marinade ingredients & mix well, then add chops & coat with marinade & set aside for 30 minutes.
  Step 3
Place chops on the BBQ & cook for 5 mins per side or to your taste.

Suggestion & Tips

Lamb leg steaks would work very well.
