Ingredients & Prep

   32 chicken wings tips removed
  Rub
   3 tbsp  cumin ground
   3 tbsp  smoked paprika 
   3 tbsp  cayenne pepper 
   2 tsp  salt
   1 tbsp  garlic powder/granules
   1 tsp  oregano dried
   1/2 tsp  black pepper freshly ground
  Yogurt Dip
   300 g  natural yogurt
   4 garlic clove finely grated
   2 tbsp  lemon juice
   1 tbsp  fresh chives finely chopped
   1/2 tsp  salt

Method

  Step 1
Mix all the rub ingredients in a bowl large enough to hold wings, add in wings & rub into the wings, set aside for 20 mins before cooking.
  Step 2
Mix the dip in a bowl, then transfer to small serving bowls.
  Step 3
Cook wings on a baking tray in the oven at 150'c for 40 first, finish off on the barbecue to crisp up the edges or in the oven for 10 min at 200'c & serve.

Suggestion & Tips

Excellent as a starter for your do. You could use legs or thighs if you wished. Pre-cooking in the oven first insures its cooked through.
