Ingredients & Prep

   4 Shoulder Pork stakes 200g each
  Marinade Glaze
   4 tbsp  Tomato ketchup
   1 tbsp  Dark brown sugar
   1 tbsp  Dark soy sauce
   1 tsp  Worcestershire sauce
   1 tbsp  Cider vinegar
   1 tbsp  Dijon mustard
   2 tsp  Garlic powder or granules
   1/2 tsp  Ground black pepper


  Step 1
In a small bowl add sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce & soy sauce & mix until the sugar has dissolved, then add ketchup, mustard, garlic, salt & pepper, mix well.
  Step 2
Place Pork in a baking dish or tray, then pour over half of the marinade & coat, cover with tin foil tightly & leave for at least 5 hours or over night.
  Step 3
Pre-heat oven to 120°C fan.
  Step 4
Place tray/dish in the oven & cook for 1 hour.
  Step 5
Cook Pork steaks on the BBQ for 5 minutes turn & coating with the remaining marinade with a pastry brush 2 times.

You can use chicken here if you wish.
