Ingredients & Prep

   800 g  Broccoli florets
   50 ml  Extra-virgin olive oil
   3 tbsp  Tomato ketchup
   2 tbsp  Vegan Worcestershire sauce
   1 tbsp  Soy sauce
   1 tbsp  Honey
   2 Garlic clove finely grated
   1 Mild chilli finely chopped
   1/2 tsp  Freshly ground black pepper


  Step 1
Pre blanch broccoli in boiling water for no more then a minute, then drain into a colander & allow to steam dry.
  Step 2
Whisk all the marinade ingredients in a good sized bowl, then add broccoli & marinate for 10 min turning it to keep coated.
  Step 3
Place florets on the barbeque & cook for 6 mins turning often until crispy on the edges.

Suggestion & Tips

Use normal Worcestershire sauce for fish eaters as it has anchovies as an ingredient.
