Ingredients & Prep

   100 g  Fresh flat-leaf parsley
   60 ml  Extra virgin olive oil
   10 g  Fresh basil
   10 g  Rocket
   1 tbsp  Capers in brine drained
   2 Garlic clove chopped
   2 Anchovy fillets

Method

  Step 1
Place all the ingredients into a food processor & blitz to a course paste.

Suggestion & Tips

You can use just rocket or basil if you wish.
