Ingredients & Prep
500 ml
Apple juice
250 ml
Bourbon whisky (Jack Daniels)
50 g
Runny honey
1 Lemon juiced
6 Cinnamon sticks cut in half
2 Cloves
Garnish
1 Apple sweet thinly sliced
6 Used cinnamon stick pieces
Method
Step 1
Place apple juice, honey, cloves & cut cinnamon stick (one piece per portion) into a saucepan, put over a med heat & bring to the boil then turn off & l set aside to marinate for 12 minutes.
Step 2
Remove spices keeping cinnamon sticks for the garnish later, next add whisky & lemon juice, stir in, then pour into glasses & garnish.
Suggestion & Tips
Best drunk warm not very hot.
